About This Company…
Click to View All Ranger Industries Products Ranger was founded in 1929 and originally manufactured an exclusive line of commercial ink products for the U.S. banking industry. In 1979, Ranger developed the first art stamp pads in unique, vibrant colors. Until 1998, Ranger¹s primary business was private label products for stamp manufacturers. Ranger then began marketing product lines of its own beginning with inks and eventually developing embossing powders. With a continuous focus on innovation, successful lines such as the Adirondack® and Distress™ family of products, Perfect Pearls™ pigment powders and Melt Art® products have become popular worldwide.

Product Rating Nice color, great distressed look
I use this embossing powder on cards for a wonderful distressed look. This particular color is really nice and subdued, which adds to the "imperfection" of distressed.

Product Rating Beautiful, unique finish, rustic texture
I used this to emboss slender, bare trees on a darker background for a beautiful card for fall. I layered unembossed, pale (second stamping to remove some ink) bare trees behind these using Brilliance ink in beige to give some depth to the scene.

Product Rating Now what???
I am now undecided about this one and another one....but I think I like the "antique" look that this one seems to promise. I think this is a better choice for me....either way I know whichever I choose will be good since it;s Tim Holtz.

Product Rating Coordinating products
I love the fact that Tim Holtz doesn't leave us hanging, but offers the inks, powders, etc. in coordinating colors. Will be great fun to work with!

Product Rating beautiful shades
I was looking for unique colors to emboss with, and found it with this colloction! There are many beautiful, muted shades, and can be layered with other stamp colors underneath. Works well with a bold stamp, distress look doesn't show with detailed stamps. I have all the colors!

Product Rating Great for vintage pages
This is an awesome product for embossing victorian or heritage pages. If you're doing a background page with it, it's easy to make coordinating embellishments.

Product Rating I love these distress powders.
They give an aged worn look after heat embossing and rubbing lightly. Great look for the vintage appearance so popular now. They work well on alphabet stamping that has heavier lines. I have found that too much of the powder rubs away on letters with very fine lines.
