I own this corner punch and its companion edger. I have no problem depressing the lever and the punch works easily and with little effort on regular cardstock and 80-110lb paper. The resulting piece is just lovely. The instructions are pretty easy to follow in order to make a mat or journaling spot. I just LOVE IT. Beautiful butterfly edging and you can color, glitter, emboss, or layer it with a darker color underneath. Butterfly lovers should check this out.
