Classic wood-mounted rubber stamps provide superior stamping and a luscious stamping experience. The rubber holds and transfers ink better than clear stamps. The foam mounting transfers pressure evenly so that the stamp image forms completely. A wooden handle is printed with a picture of the stamp (called an index.) The wooden art stamp experience is the best of the best.
Another adorable stamp. I used pastels chalks to color him-so cute. He could be used in so many ways-leave off the dandelion-he could look at the Christmas star, fireworks....
What a cute card this will make. I believe Penny Black has recaptured memories from all of us doing this as a child. The card made from this stamp will truly bring a smile to the face of the person receiving it.
This card is perfect for any occasion when you've got a wish to share with someone. I would use it for a birthday card or a good luck card. The image is perfect for watercoloring too.
Even as an adult I find it difficult not to blow the dandelions when they are ready to seed...and how many mothers don't show their babies just this and say, "Make a wish and blow!"
I couldn't resist this image when I saw it! It's easy to get wonderful results when coloring. I've omitted the dandelion puff and stamped him looking up at the star on a Christmas tree or holding a balloon or a flower. Many possibilities!
