Classic wood-mounted rubber stamps provide superior stamping and a luscious stamping experience. The rubber holds and transfers ink better than clear stamps. The foam mounting transfers pressure evenly so that the stamp image forms completely. A wooden handle is printed with a picture of the stamp (called an index.) The wooden art stamp experience is the best of the best.
“These days I mostly get clear stamps. But some of these 'cute' Penny Black stamps are just--well just irresistible. I stamp these images in permanent black ink on watercolour paper, color with watercolor pencils and layer on to a co-ordinating patterned paper on the front of the card.”
I see a GREAT Easter card when I look at this stamp!!!!!
“I LOVE Penny Black stamps, I have a few (but would like many more!!) they are so darn cute!!! I would like to purchase this stamp to use for Easter cards, but I can also easily see many uses for this one!!”
