How Charges are Calculated

Shipping charges are based upon the packaged weight of your order. Thus, shipping heavier items such as albums costs more than lightweight items such as stickers. Note that the weight includes internal packaging and the box itself, according to USPS regulations. We do not charge for zone distances so that our rates are the same no matter which state you live in.

The easiest way to know what the shipping charges will be is to put the items into your shopping cart and then proceed through the checkout. The exact shipping charges will be displayed before you are required to enter a credit card number or other payment information.

Order Processing Times

Our "Standard Order Procedding" will Under most circumstances process, pack, and mail your order within three business days. Usually, your order will be received within 1-2 weeks, although during holidays it can take longer.

We do offer a "Rush Order Processing" option which is just $2.95 additional. With Rush Order Processing your order will go to the head of the queue and will generally be shipped within one business day. This speeds up order processing times, but does not upgrade shipping from Priority Mail.

We also offer an "Economy Shipping Option." When you are not in a rush to receive your order you can choose this option to save on shipping and handling charges. By allowing us additional time to process your order we can process orders more efficiently and pass the savings on to you. "Economy Shipping Option" orders may also be shipped using ground, parcel post, or other low-cost methods which are slower but help save money.

Priority Mail

Your order will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. (Economy Shipping orders may ship via ground, parcel post, or other low-cost means.) The USPS suggests that you should allow an average of 3 to 5 working days for them to deliver your package. (Slightly longer during holidays and peak periods.) So, you should normally receive your order in just over one week. However, The Postal Service does not guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe.

Delivery Insurance

Delivery Insurance and Delivery Confirmation are included.

If, according to www.USPS.com Delivery Confirmation records, your order is not shown as having been delivered within four weeks we will replace your order at no cost to you. You must report lost parcels within two months from the time that you placed your order.

Delivery Insurance does not cover theft from your mailbox or any other loss after the USPS has confirmed delivery. You should ensure that there is a safe place for parcels to be delivered to your address. We will allow a maximum of two insurance claims per year.

APO Addresses

We ship to APO addresses via USPS Priority Mail at no additional cost, although there are some important things to note: There is no Delivery Confirmation available and therefore we do not provide Delivery Insurance to any APO address. Orders to APO addresses require international customs paperwork which we will prepare at no additional cost to you. Because APO addresses are considered international destinations and must be processed as an international parcel, APO addresses are not eligible for discounted shipping incentives offered to US addresses. Please allow three business days for us to prepare your order and the necessary customs documentation. Package delivery times vary greatly to APO addresses, so you should allow extra time for receipt.

International Destinations

Shipping Charges

Our international shipping charges are based upon:
  • Country (We use the USPS international zones)
  • Weight (For Postage, at approximately the published USPS prices.)
  • Value (For insurance and merchant processing fees, approximately 6% of the order amount.)

    To see what the shipping charges will be, put the items into your shopping cart and proceed through the checkout process. The shipping charges will be displayed before you are required to enter any credit card or other payment information. (Because Postal Service rates are complicated it is no longer possible to publish a table here.)

    Orders weighing under 4 pounds will be shipped "First Class". Orders over four pounds will be shipped US Priority Mail.

    Delivery Insurance

    Delivery Insurance is only available and provided to these selected countries: Algeria, Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Brunei Darussalam, Burma, Cameron, Canada, Cote dIvorie, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, French Guiana, Germany, Greenland, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea (South), Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macao, Martinique, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Vatican City.

    Any other country besides those listed above are uninsured and are at the purchasers own risk and you agree to not hold us responsible for lost parcels. Note especially that APO addresses and Norway & Brazil are not on the insured destination list and no insurance is provided.

    You may file a claim for a lost package with us if your order is not delivered within six weeks. We will then file an investigation request with the postal service. The postal service usually takes two to six weeks to investigate. You must report lost parcels within two months from the time that you placed your order.

    If you require a replacement order prior to the local postal service completing their investigation of the missing shipment, you may request an advance shipment of the replacement order. In that case we will charge your credit card for the replacement order. If the postal service then reports that they have lost the package we will then reimburse you for the replacement order.

    Delivery Insurance does not cover theft from your mailbox or any other loss after the postal service has made a delivery. You should ensure that there is a safe place for parcels to be delivered to your address. We will allow a maximum of two insurance claims per year.

    Shipping Promotions

    Occasionally we advertise shipping promotions in our newsletters, advertisements, or web site. These shipping promotions do not apply to international destinations, unless the promotion specifically states otherwise. Our shipping rates are intended to only recover our actual costs including shipping, insurance, international paperwork, and special international packaging. Due to the high cost of international shipping it is not possible to include international destinations in shipping promotions. We sincerely apologize that these special promotions don't include international destinations.

    Note that the postal imprint and customs paperwork does not reflect the entire postage and fees that we pay. Insurance charges and international merchant fees are paid separately by us. We do not show these on customs paperwork to help save you money so that you are not required to pay duties and VAT on these amounts.

    We apologize but we cannot mark items as "gift" or under-report the value of your order to avoid taxes. We do report the lowest prices allowed, to help save you money.
