  1. Carefully repackage the items and send them to our Browns Point warehouse. Make sure to pay adequate postage. We also recommend getting Delivery Confirmation and insurance, as you are responsible for delivering the packages to us in good condition.

  2. Write the order number on the outside of your package. If possible, include the packing slip with the returned items.

  3. Tell us why you are returning the item. Include a note indicating the reason for your return. If the item was defective please indicate if you desire a replacement of the same item or a refund. If you desire a replacement of the same item we will ship it to you post-paid. (It will appear as a new order, but we will credit your account equal to the replacement order price.)

We'll email you within two weeks from receiving your return, listing the item(s) returned and the amount and form of the refund.

Unless otherwise specified, we will credit your account so that you can immediately re-use the returned amount towards another purchase. If you prefer that the amount be refunded back to your credit card, include a note in the box with your returned package.

*Returned items must be in new and resaleable condition, unless they were defective. For example, we will accept rubber stamps back if they are clean and unused; but once inked, the rubber stamps will be accepted for returns only if they do not stamp as the manufacturer intended.
