Unable to Login - Javascript Not Enabled

Javascript is not enabled on your web browser. Javascript is required in order to be able to login.

Javascript is designed to be safe and may be enabled. Internet Explorer ships with Javascript enabled by default, so the only way that this was turned off is if you or somebody at your computer disabled it for some reason.

If you are using Internet Explorer you may enable Javascript by:

1. Click on the "Tools" icon
2. Choose "Internet Options..."
3. Click on the "Security" tab
4. Click on "Internet"
5. Click on "Custom Level"
6. Scroll down and set the settings as you see them below.
7. Close all Internet Explorer windows and then come back and your system should work much better on the internet.
